In fact, you could generate sufficient electricity to make you totally self-sufficient. Many people are doing just that and are happily living "off grid". The only costs they incur, is the maintenance of their equipment and that is minimal.

Check your latest electricity bill to see what that would mean for you. Even providing a certain amount of electricity for your home would produce worthwhile savings. Surely this is worth further investigation.
